Bitdefender and iBurst Wireless

Good afternoon,

One of my clients has installed iBurst Wireless on her pc, after she installed Bitdefender Internet Security Suite 2009. Now all of sudden, after either downloading email or browsing the internet and then either/or switching between the web browser/email client the connection drops.

Anyone with a idea how to resolve this?
 
Disable outgoing mail scanning for a start.

Reports back after that please.
