Bittorrent help needed

OK I am really behind time! I know what a .torrent file is and so but my question is: If i use flashget or Bitorrent etc. to TRY to download a torrent file it doesn't start downloading no matter how long I wait.

PLEASE help me to download a torrent file!!!

This is what FlashGet says: Status: Available Peers: 2 Connected Peers: 0 Connected Seeds: 0 Connecting Peers: 0 Health: 0%

But it does occasionally change

Then there is now where to dl from, will have to wait for more seeds...

OK thanx for help but what are the chances that some seeds will become availible?

look for files that have a high number of seeds. The more the better. 2 is possible but not really a good idea for international torrents on open trackers.
