No money, so robbers take handkerchief

Bloemfontein - Residents at the Qalabotjha township in Villiers arrested two youths for robbing a man of his handkerchief, Free State police said on Monday.
Sergeant Philani Mvuna said the man was overpowered while walking to his home in Qalabotjha at 16:30 on Sunday.
"The suspects (youths) searched him but could not find any money, instead they took his handkerchief."
Mvuna said concerned members of the public, who saw the incident, decided to intervene and arrested the two youths while calling the police.
The boys, aged 19, were arrested and were expected to appear in the Villiers Magistrate's Court on charges of robbery.
