Blackberry 9780 Keyboard stutter

My 9780 is experiencing a problem with the keyboard / keypad . It is typing double on "a","t"," " and other keys.

I believe it is a factory fault. Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine works fine, except the track ball gets faulty sometimes

It seems lots of users worlwide are having this problem.

There are 42 pages of complaints on this issue.

I have an imported BB 7860, so dont know how to get mine sorted out in SA. Anyone know how to contact Blackberry here in SA

I do not have this problem at all with my 9780.
