Black & White 2 dated

A post on the Lionhead Studios forum has confirmed that forthcoming PC god sim Black & White 2 will be in the shops this autumn.

"The game will be released in stores on September 30th in the US, and October 7th in Europe," the post reads.

"This is official. We are almost finished."

Which means a completely rewritten engine, a bigger emphasis on moral dilemmas and real-time strategy, and of course a new selection of creatures to choose from and train. Roll on October...

Can't wait to play this game, the first one was brilliant!

It was full of bugs, that's for sure (try getting it to run under winXP for instance), but a fantastic game once you got going.

Looking forward to bw2 and Quake4 !

I hope Quake4 is gonna rock!!!! I really need a brainless shoot anything that moves multiplayer in my life.
