BlackBerry 8520 incorrect billing after migration

I upgraded / migrated in September 2009 via Vodacom store and was assured that BIS cost was included with the R149.00 special on the BlackBerry 8520.

My latest statement from VC shows billing for Weekender package of R135.00 and adds BIS of R59.00 on top of that making a total of R194.00.

I have no problem with the CLI and Itemised billing added.

The special on the BlackBerry 8520 at R149.00 is still running at the same store.

Needless to say this is incorrect, so I called in to 111 and reported the facts, requested a reference number.

I then PM'ed VodacomData and furnished him with all the facts as well as the reference number.

Mistakes do happen, but here we have someone on the forum who can and will fix things within his ambit.

I received confirmation that the special discounted BIS on the 8520 has since been activated and credit requested on my account.

This is post is to give Credit where it is due, so Kudos to you VodacomData, thanks for your help in sorting this efficiently and promptly :D
 
Agreed.

I have been with ALL networks & Vodacom IMO is far ahead in terms of service & responding times etc.

I just have an issue with data prices, otherwise Vodacom is GREAT!
