BlackBerry 8520 OS5 Upgraded

Just completed the upgrade for my BB 8520 to version OS 5.0.0.238. So far it really looks great. There are some very nice changed made to the interface and it runs very smoothly.

Found that Vodacom Live seem to be broken. Nothing else so far.

The v5 firmware is not official yet. I'd rather wait for the official firmware update. Too many bugs in the beta releases.

It is not really "beta" builds. It is official builds that dont get released but leaked out into the wild for testing reasons.

With all the os 5.0.0.x i have used on my tour(9630) i have had no bugs at all. I would say download and give it a go, you will like it as well. My tour has given me better battery life, performance with each higher build i have upgraded to.

Is it possible for you to backup your Service Books if you are on bis and sent to me please ?

Dont stress managed to get hold of a friends blackbery that is on vodacom bis and "hacked" the service books to get it to work for me
