A, whatsapp download
B, facebook download
C, mxit download
D, email setuup
E, ID Setting
F, not support even bis activation.
G, twitter application

When i try to download from blackberry world apps, screen report is "No cached credentials (Error Id: 40721)
if try to setup my email address, screen report is "Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable, then i try to dial *111# then options 8 for phone setup, i got Vodacom detected that you have a Unknown unknown.
when i click blackberry ID screen repport is "unable to update blackberry ID account information while offline.
i contact vodacom customer care they need my bbm imei number, after i gave them they said imei number not yet, i took my cellphone to vodashop they said no this cellphone imei number error is for any cellphone, all device unknown, and software berry unknown,
so please i neeed help, my bbm imei number is 004402.24.119772.6 pin is 28383C77.
wi-fi information: No coverage. WLAN MaC: a0:6c:e3:d8:fd. IP Address: 0.0.0.0.
