blackberry 9900 internet setup?

blackberry 9900 email setup help?

hi guys, so my dad's got the new 9900 and he asked me to help him set up his email on it. he has an MWEB email address(@mweb.co.za) and when i try going through the setup, it automatically recognizes my dads email address and asks me to type in the password. once i do that, it starts connecting and after about half a minute, i get an error saying "could not connect to server" or something along that line. the second time i try it, i get a message saying "update failed" both him and i aren't too sharp when it comes to this stuff. does anyone know how to sort this out?
