Blackberry and Capitec Bank Question

Hi Guys

Got myself the Blackberry Curve 9360, went to Capitec this morning for their Banking App
Back home I logged on to their website a SMS was sent to my BB Curve 9360 I clicked on the link and the App was downloaded no problems at all.
Now here is the problem....I need to open the app to complete the internet setup every time I try to open the App I receive an error message "failed to establish a connection".
My internet is working fine why would it not allow the connection?

I'm on prepaid and don't have BIS on the phone.

Anyone else had this problem?

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Try loading bis maybe the app is only using the bis apn. Just buy the cheapest bis option to see. I'm sure that must be the problem.

Cool. I know Cellc and Telkom mobile allows you to browse the web with the bis apn even if you don't have the bis option but some apps will not work like bbm. I guess its just to help people that are using a blackberry but don't buy bis then they can still access the web with the browser.

Pretty sure with that generation of BB's (non OS10) you need to have BIS for things to work properly.
