Blackberry: BIS not working :(

My BIS suddenly went off 4 hours ago and I cant get online on my Bold. Anyone experiencing the same thing? I tried a hard reset and that didnt help.

I had the same problem about 30 min ago, but after resetting everything was working again.

I actually had something weird happen this weekend. Whenever I tried to use my Bold to surf this site connecting via 3G, and only on this site, my connection jumps to the MTN browser. But when I connect via EDGE or GPRS, I connect via BIS.
Ever happend to anybody else?

YES!! Was getting so miff, 'cause I was being charged for all browsing as a result and didn't realize 'til about an hour later. Tried calling accounts to sort it out but gave up - didn't feel like the frustration.

Cool, its working again I've disabled my other APN settings so I don't get an expensive surprise. Its worth it for peace of mind.

I know how you feel. Luckily I figured it out this past weekend and I've only had my Bold for about 2 weeks now.
Now, every time I want to browse Mybroadband forums on my Bold, I have to switch my network settings to 2G.

Yes, we also had a outage of BIS for about 2 - 3 hours. It seems to happen more and more the last past 3 - 4 weeks.

It happened to me again yesterday for about 2 hours but I made up for it by watching over an hour of youtube videos. Free data mmmm I love it
