blackberry bold 9700 doesnt ring at times

I have upgraded my bold 9700 to the latest software. Now the phone does not ring at times, have changed and tried different profiles but it does the same thing. It only vibrates, even removed the battery but no help. Please help

I have heard about this problem before.
How old is your SIM card?

hi, the card is the 64k 3g card from mtn

Looks like you do have the latest SIM, so not the same problem.
Sim swap to the latest sorted mine out.
