What are the chances? I have about 35% left, not using much like chatting or anything, then it says it's drained but still 35% left. then suddently a red flashing battcomes up,. Charge it 5 min later its at 40%. Also charging on and off.

What doyou guys think?

If the phone is still recently purchased (not second-hand) then perhaps buy a new battery, but the battery needs to be an authentic product from an authorized local distributor, otherwise it's just going be worse than your existing one. If you still like your phone, try not to put cheaper brand batteries in it.

On the other hand there might just be a problem with the connector for the charger (mini usb port) so you might have to take it first to a reputable cellular repair shop for a quote or if cellphone is within warranty period take it back to the supplier to sort out the issue or provide you with a replacement phone.

okay i have decided I am going to take it back as a good friend of mine told me it could be a number of tings and it's only like 7 months old
