I want to get a new Blackberry (I already have a real smartphone so don't go off on that tangent)

Current deals I see are :

9320 for R179 on Voda TopUp99 includes R99pm and BIS

9320 for R179 on Everyday Off Peak includes 135 Minutes and BIS

9300 for R149 on Voda TopUp99 includes R99pm and BIS

9360 for R199 on Everyday off peak includes 135 minutes and BIS

Which is best and are there any other deals?

Thanks.

:eek:TopUp 99 call rates are expensive!

Think I'll stick to Everyday Off-peak.

Well, I have a smartphone and a blackberry (8520). Don't want to upgrade my smartphone yet but wouldn't mind getting a better BB.

Ok...cool. But if I see one peep out of you on mybb about how sh*t BB is ... even if there is a service disruption....I WILL LITERATELY KICK YOU IN DA PANTY!

:p

Nah. I only use my BB for emails etc

Just another thing, the 9360 for R199 on everyday offpeak, is that price for new contracts? would I get that for cheaper if I'm upgrading?

Also i'm actually downgrading not upgrading. Going from Top up 275 to everyday offpeak.

If that is the deal in my sheets that I post...then no. Those deals are for both new lines and upgrades.

AND:

Upgrade: Extending your contract and getting a new phone
Migration: Changing your package up or down. This can be done at the same time as a upgrade.

Cool. So I'm actually migrating. If I speak really nicely to them, will they give me a discount? Or if I threaten to cancel will they give me a retention special? :p

Doubtful. Deals are preloaded on the system and cannot be amended by us. If you go to the store where you originally signed your contract (we can see on the system what store signed you up) they might be persuaded to void the R150.00 admin fee. That is between you and them though.

Cool thanks.

I see that if you do it online, there's no admin fee and you get free delivery. Think I'll do that.

9360 if you must choose out of the options you listed. Then decide on which package would suit you better.

Ok...but if you struggle....dont come crying here ne! :p I have said many times to people moaning about doing it on the Vodacom site and Vodacom direct it is better to rather just do it @ a shop. But it is your choice.
Hope you get what you want from them with no issues.
