Blackberry Desktop Software 4.2.2 Installation

This piece of software has now taken 25min to install and it says there is still 18min left, is this normal

Is there perhaps an alert lurking behind the install screen? Alt+Tab is a way to check

left it to install and went to bed, didn't bother to wait round, seems like the media center was the hold up, haven't had a chance to play with it yet.
