Blackberry E-mail Faciliity

My husband's BB got stolen. Once he got the replacement, he tried to add and activate his old e-mail address again, but keeps getting a message that the password is invalid.

It is an MWeb address so I deleted the e-mail, and then created it from scratch. Same problem.

Any ideas on how to solve this ?

This may seem quite random but put another sim card in the phone (that does not have BIS activated) leave it in a few minutes, take it out and put your BB sim card in and resend the service books (not sure if it will work for you but it's worth a try).
