Blackberry Global Sim

I am looking for an option on how I can use my Blackberry globally without heavy roaming costs or buying local prepaid sims. Any advice or anybody knows of any options?

I use my Blackberry only for data as have an iPhone for voice. So mainly emails and bbm - with some Internet applications. As for work and private I have a SA BIS and BES services.

When I go overseas I swap sim for local prepaid and try get local BIS.

What would be great is a global sim with BES and BIS but without rip off data roaming charges! Anybody know of a solution or have some ideas?

Global sim is a good idea but I think getting local sims is better than roaming, much better.
Other option, just an idea is if you set up a site for travellers to exchange the overseas sims that already have BIS activated. Our SA travellers can make an arrangement between each other, complicated.
