Blackberry ID log-in problem

Assistance please. I am trying to download bolt (to enable me to download music & videos on my blackberry) but I am unable to log in using my blackberry ID on my phone. However, I am able to log in on my computer. What could be the problem and a possible solution? Thanks

Be sure that you are not pressing keys a little too long, creating a capital letter instead of a small letter. I did that on the wife's phone the first couple of times.

Got the same issue some time ago.

Reinstall BB appworld, or first delete then install. that worked for me.
