Hi people,
Here's the issue. It's happening to a friend of mine. He's on Vodacom BIS using a BB 9700 with OS 5 installed ( he does not want to update ). When using the internet (browser), he gets the following error message:
Strangely, he can get onto Google and search for something but cannot get into any of the search results and for any other website the error message comes up.
Anyone know how this can be resolved?

This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again.
