blackberry issue - pls can anyone help

Hi,

My husband has a BB pearl 9105,
When ever he types emails and sms's and pushes the space bar he gets a message all the time saying

System input error.. System rebboting and it happens everytime we push space.

Took phone in today and it had a complete system wipe and update , and R200 later its still doing it

Pls has anyone else had this problem, don't know what else to do

Back up phone using BlackBEdrry Desktop Manager (Custom Backup, not FULL)
only chose to backup contacts, messages, sms messages, blackberry messenger, and browser bookmarks, everything else was NOT checked, especially the options and autotext entries

2) then wipe BB using BBSAK

3) install v6.

4) Update to the latest BBM

5) restore your custom backup

6) perform a battery pull, where you pull the battery out while the phone is still on
