Okay, I am hoping some of you techies can help me.
I have a BB Bold, and am making use of BES.
Problem is, I can hardly open any attachments (Pdf's, xlsx, docs etc) Most of the time it says that it "couldnt receive more." Not sure if there is a size limit - but I cant even open a 25k file.
I am also running a programme called documents to go ( which sometimes allows me to add formula's in excel). This programme sometimes allows me to "download" the file...but some msg about a large file....for info about fees associated with downloading large files...contact your wireless service provider or administrator etc"
Is this a common BB issue? Do I need to change the settings, or use a special app?
i really hope so, as my BB is really becoming a fustrating tool - or am I asking for too much?
I wont even mention the low battery capacity or the fact that the browsing times out more often than not?
