For some reason none of my email is coming through to my BlackBerry while my computer is on. First I thought it was because Microsoft Outlook wasn't closing properly (even when I closed Outlook, I continued to get notifications of new email), but I've since started closing Outlook through the processes list and my mail still isn't coming through to my handset!
I've been simultaneously been checking my mail through my webmail access service, and I've noticed that all email seems to be flying straight through it to my system, even though I have Outlook closed. The only time I have any success is if I disable the network connection on my pc or turn it off altogether. What could there be on my pc that's forcing all my mail to come through in this way??
