Blackberry not picking up emails anymore

i brought a prepaid BIS package last week.

i set up the bb with my private email. and it received emails until the weekend. i think i remember receiving emails on saturday.

however it is now neither receiving nor sending mails via this account. how can i go about troubleshooting this?

did you maybe put another sim-card in your blackberry?

Set up a new gmail account and set it up on the phone. Test the new one on your phone to see whether its the email account number 1 that's the problem or the phone.
