Blackberry Passport

Hi . This is my first post on this site. Can anyone tell me if Telkom Mobile will be releasing the Blackberry Passport , and if not , why not ? If they are , when will that happen ? My contract upgrade has been available since 19 Dec 2014 and i really want that phone. No-one at Telkom Mobile stores can give me this info , some don't even know what I'm talking about. Thank you for your assistance in this regard.
