Hi guys my BB pearl 3G scroll button stop working
Anybody knows how I can get repaired or where to fix it
It's not a local phone got it from Dubai
Please help

Blackberries do not get repaired locally, if faulty you return it to your service provider who then sends a refurbished unit back, as you bought it internationally there is no warranty sot heyw ill not touch it.
Best would be to contact rim directly, there is an office in JNB, and see if they will help you.

Call 011 217 8000 and ask them for the number of the BB repair shop that recently opened in the same building (3 Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton).

Can personally recommend Cellular Repair Services in Lyndhurst shopping centre in Johannesburg.
Replaced then trackball and keypad on my 8900 a few months ago and did a good job.

When my phone fell in my coffee, I took it to them. Was a total waste of time.

I must say they got it working. The guy said all good, come collect. Upon arrival, keys were still sticky and the screen was faded on the sides (stained). They wanted 600 to repair and another 900 or so for screen. I gave them my phone for 300 to use for spares, and bought a new one in edgars for 2500.
