Blackberry Restore

I had an Omnia and backed up my phone numbers to an XML file

I am supposed to get my BlackBerry in a few hours and would like to know if anyone knows if its possible to convert/restore my numbers fro the XML file to my BB

Blackberry devices support syncing the contacts in your microsoft outlook file so if you can get the contacts into their then yeah you can sync it.
