BlackBerry Software 4.5

Hey guys,

I think I'm either being a complete idiot or missing something completely.

I downloaded the 4.5 Software from vodacom's website, ran it, installed. Now there is nothing added in the program files menu and I don't know how to upgrade my device...

Anyone know how to do this?
