Iam not sure the blackberry subscription was well thought out. I am dissappointed by the new fair usage which is an inconvinience. I understand the purpose of fair usage data which is to help Cellc get more money for their data. What i dont understand is that all subscriptions expire after 30 days. That is ok for data thats not used up before 30days. If the data is used up before 30days why does subscription not expire. One is required to call the call centre in order to cancel subscription which no longer has data. I am particularly dissappointed by the fact that if my subscription data is used up, i need to call the call centre to cancel before i can buy a new subscription. Imagine i subscribe 10 times in a month. That means i will call help desk 10 times and be authenticated 10 times. Or maybe there is another way of using the blackberry services which i dont know.

I tried to raise this as complaint with help desk and was told by the agent that only the CEO can change this process provided i can get hold of him. Therefore this issue is not an issue and cannot be logged or considered through helpdesk.

Just change to Telkom mobile finish and klaar

No thank you. I am still licking wounds from Telkom. Telkom mobile is frim the same stable. I cant differentiate the two

Terms & conditions of BIS are determined by your network operator.

I suggest you reach out to your network operator for assistance.

From my understanding you just need to add data after you have used up the BIS data,
CellC dial *147# and you can convert airtime to data bundle,
But rather PM the CellC rep just to confirm that.
