Is there an email address or phone number for Blackberry support?

I'm starting my 3rd day without BIS. The dots show up and data TRICKLES through at best : it'd take about 10 refreshes of a local site to get something other than an error.

Vodacom customer support will be your best (only?) bet. Are other BIS users in your area also experiencing problems (its fine where I am)?

I see JK8 just posted in the BB section that he has the same problem on Vodacom ...

Vodacom BB support no. 082155. Its free from your cell phone. Where about are you? I'm on VC BIS in Jhb and not having any probs. About 3 weeks ago I didn't have BIS for a day and a half, I called the BB support they said nobody else reported a problem in my area but they'll look into it. A little while later it was up and running.

You can try this... Go to advanced options -> host routing table -> press your BB button click register now then do a battery pull. Worked twice when I didn't have BIS for a few hours, didn't the last time though.
