Blackberry Torch 9800 freezing

My Torch started freezing up when ever I removed it from the holster. It was unresponsive and rebooting. So I've wiped it, used BBSAK to remove the OS and installed 6.0.0.668 today..and its still freezing up. Not rebooting but each time I have to do a battery pull. No apps loaded. Just the OS and no media card. I've tried to eliminate every possible cause. So what you guys think? Is it the onboard media or processor or should I try another OS version. I'm getting kind of irritated but dammit I love my Torch

What's the available space left to load apps ?
My 9300 had other unnecessary apps loaded, deleted some standard games and also cleared cache on browser, made a world of difference. Sometimes freezes when I remove from charger.

As I said in op, 0 apps loaded but it shows 400mb app space btw. So how does one disable holster sensing?

Mine sometimes freezes up for a minute or two, particularly when receiving emails or occasionally pulling from holster. Rather annoying.

Well mine's still rebooting like 15 times today I just can't find the problem!

668 isn't the problem. I think mine's onboard memory has died..
