Blackberry Torch Stock Availabiility

Hi

I have been trying for the last week to find a vodacom shop which has stock of the BB Torch in Durban.
I need to upgrade. None that I have phoned or visited has stock.

I dont want nashua or autopage as they want me to port my no. to them. What a pain!

If any1 knows a vodashop 4u cellshack store etc which has stock in Durbs I would greatly appreciate it!

I dont know about the other networks...but not on Vodacom.

Same problem on MTN upgrade as well. No phones in the country apparently. Looks to be a Blackberry / RIM problem them and not a network problem ??

The stock code for the white one has already been loaded on our system, so we can order it...but our daily stock update has not mentioned anything about stock availability for it yet.

got mine this weekend from Vodacom opened a new contract. MTN told me they should have stock in about a month or so. so canceling my MTN contract and keeping vodacom

I dealt with MTN retentions yesterday. My contract is also ended. If they don't help me this week I will leave and go to Vodacom. MTN also told me they don't know when they are getting stock.
