Hey Peeps

not sure if this is the right thread to post under but here goes

Blackberry on BIS with OWA on in-house Exchange 2007, We have problem sending BIS email The problem usually comes when replying to emails and when you open the unsent email (marked with a red cross) the status reads "Message included an invalid address".

The user can receive mail and send new emails fine but as soon as they want to forward or reply to a mail i get a red cross and the error message "Message included an invalid address".

I have tried deleting and setting the accounts up again, resending the service books, ran the firmware updates aswell as the desktop manager update with no luck. Anybody have any ideas how to fix it?

Sorry, never worked with BIS with OWA, we run our own BES server, but have tried these steps in this thread?

your best bet would be the blackberry/RIM forums.
My setup worked straight forward first time, but it seems i got very lucky...

as a side note....DO NOT let private blackberrys connect to BES...once connected its not easy to remove the policy from the blackberry.....if the user leaves, they will be pretty upset when they still have an IT policy stuck on their device..

hey guys thx for the replies..... i have tried everything i could find strange thing is that sometimes the mails go out no problem and other times they dont. Its not a specific email address or type of mail (attachments, html ect) that causes the problem so i cant pin point it down to a certain type of mail causing it. The OWA works 100% . Also composing a new mail on the bb works 100% problem only comes in when the user has to forward or reply and it happens to internal mailboxs aswell as external

About to give up lol already getting quotes for a bes server

I have also found that if i resend the message enough times the mail sometimes goes thourgh
