Hi All

Anyone experience the same?

I reply to urgent mail, only to be met with “Administrator” return mail:

I do a –a ping on 165.146.148.101 and get:

F:>ping -a 165.146.148.101

Pinging wbs-146-148-101.telkomadsl.co.za [165.146.148.101] with 32 bytes of data:

TelkomADSL!? Blacklisted!?

I’m stumped!

The whole ADSL user IP range (both 165.165 and 165.146) is blacklisted. Has been for months. The way to fix it is stop sending using the SMTP server on your machine and use smtp.saix.net as the SMTP server.

sometimes smtp.saix.net gets blocked too. (though its usually resolved quickly). we allow ADSL clients to send on our own smtp servers if they prefer.(so long as its not for bulk mailing purposes)

Dumbasses. All dynamic Ip ranges across the globe are blacklisted.

Just setup your smtp server to forward to your next-in-line server... such as smtp.saix.net or whoever you may prefer.
