Blacklisted or not Blacklisted

Accordingly to the http://itcclearance.co.za/blacklisting/ Transunion, Experian, XDs and Compuscan hold records which time expire but what happens to the debt? Does money owed ever lapse? If not, does this mean that one is always blacklisted until all debt is paid in full?

I thought judgements stay on your name till paid or the end of time. Whatever comes first

Defaults stays on your credit record for 2 or 3 years... judgements for 5 years.... however if a judgement was taken out , even though it is removed from the credit record in 5 years - the company has 30 years to collect their debt

So at what point does one stop being on the blacklist? Until the debt is paid?
