Blacklisted phone advice

If push comes to shove and you get nowhere with this guy. Take it to a Pakistan shop, they can fix it for you.
 
Oh I have no idea but I know they do it using some type of box that the phone plugs into. It used to be easy to do this on a pc with older phones. New smartphones require special tools or devices
