Blacklisted phone - help needed (ockie;)

My phone disappeared, so we blacklisted it.

We got the phone back, Now its a mission to get it un- blacklisted.

Went to get affidavit by police, and also completed a form by vodacom.

I still get the error "device not allowed #MM6" which means its blacklisted.

Any 1 that could assist? Ockie?
 
Do you have the original purchase documents that have the IMEI number attached?

I assume you did, they must require it when filling in those voda forms?

How long since you've sent in those forms? Also was it hand delivered /posted/ emailed or faxed?

Yes we have the receipt with Imei number.
Hand delivered form with the affidavit to a vodashop in january this year.

Eish, did they give you any slip to confirm that you gave it to them?

If they did maybe you can email customer care with it? It shouldn't take so long unless they messed something up?
 
When the phone was blacklisted was there any other company involved or notified? Ie insurance or similar?
