Blank screen after HP Logo

Hi there. There is a an Intel i5 9th Gen with 16GB RAM and 256GB NVMe that has Windows 11.

On startup PC screen goes blank after the HP logo.
I’ve tried different cables for display and power.
I’ve reseated the RAM and NVMe.

I tried starting the pc into safe mode through the BIOS and I am asked to provide a recovery key for BitLocker. Not sure what and how to get passed this.

Please help.
 
HDD light stuck in the on position at boot?
 
Happened to one of our clients the other day (not CS related), wonder if there is something going on or just a coincidence.
 
Does the HP system not have a recovery/device check function built in? Look it up and try it.

Else, use a Windows recovery disk to fix the boot.
 
So what happened was there was a power outage while there was a Windows Update.
