Blank Screen

Howzit Guys, I been trying to setup my bosses ADSL for most of the day. He lost internet connection due to his onboard network card going dead, I got him another NIC, now the router and pc see each other, all the lights are on..ADSL, internet..etc...but still no connection to the web. I tried going into the router settings..IP 10.0.0.2 so i can try and set it up there...this is where the problem comes in. I just get a blank screen on the IE with done at the bottom, what coul dbe the proble. The router is the MEGA 100WR. I even ran diagnostics, and all tests passed?

Can you ping the router from the PC. Try clearing the browser cache as well.

I had already cleared the IE chache, and yes i can ping the router...Ia m taking it back to telkom today

might be worth doing a factory reset and see if it comes right.

just reset it to factory settings..still nada...i am taking it back...before i get ...eish....anyway thanks for the help man...
