Blasting Music in Complex

Just a bit of rant really - it's Easter, so all of a sudden in the complex we have a few units turning up their speakers to share with the entire neighborhood.

What is with people who think we need to hear their music?? What makes it worse is that a couple of units in the complex are all playing their own different stuff and its annoying as all hell. When I asked them to please turn it down, I was told its also their holiday and that I'm being racist whats race got to do with music? sigh
