BlitzBokke - Japan Sevens

Felt the ref was rather too lenient about the Poms going in from the side of the breakdown on quite a few occasions. But the decision to go with high-risk kicking of possession away in the final 2 minutes backfired badly. Needed to keep the ball in hand and slip the tackles in the rain with some wide play.
 
During the semis and final we made massives amounts of unforced errors. More knock-ons in one game than the whole tournament. Not kicking out a penalty?!?! General bad decision making costing us obvious tries. It all felt rushed and panicky.

Not sure why we suddenly are playing like this?
