Blizzard's support number for SA?

My account just got completely ravaged: somehow they have my username, pass, secret question/answer and their email on the account. I know what you're thinking, and yes I also thought I was f*cked but apparently its possible to get the account back if you phone Blizzard and send in identification. There is a slight problem with this: there is no Blizzard support number for SA... They do offer numbers for almost every single country in Europe though. Any help would be a appreciated.
