Block Facebook by open it in lunch

Looking to allow my staff to use face book during lunch..

I currently have it blocked using open dns ?

is there any easy / cheap way to do this ?

Depends what you mean my cheap. You could get yourself a TP-Link Router with built in traffic management. I assume you are on DSL?

ooo a fax! my grandparents used to have one of those!
in terms of adults, if the adult is a parent (at least like my parents) they use their kids for communication.
"Son, please email your mother and tell her bla bla bla"
"uh, dad. She's in the kitchen..."
"Yes Son, but she has her iPad with her..."
"dad, if we talk more loudly she can hear us..."
"I don't want to shout..."
"Ok dad, I'll type an email in CAPITALS to mom..."
"Son, there is no need to shout..."
mom: "I can hear you two..."
