Block Sassa Flash Message

Hoping someone here can help me. I’m not sure if this is fraud or not but my wife keeps getting a flash/ussd message.
If you see the image, she keeps getting that message.
The guy also keeps calling her but I’ve blocked the number so she can have some peace.

Does anyone know if I can block it?

Sassa fraud hotline is only available from 8am in the morning and it’s getting annoying as the person keeps requesting it making the phone unusable.
Denying it is pointless because the person just requests it again.

This is not a USSD pop up.. this is coming from an app your wife installed or some random website she browsed to on her phone and she said allow when the website asked permission to send notifications..

That would have been a wise comment If I hadn't checked the Sassa website and found her ID number and phone number registered without her knowledge. Combined with a random man constantly calling her I would guess this is fraud.

Try blocking unknown numbers to see if that helps.
Then find the USSD subscriptions lookup for her network to see if she is subscribed to anything.
Can also try installing truecaller to see if it picks it up.
