Blockchain Africa Conference Link

So I bought a Blockchain Africa Conference Link, and it was accepted, but they didn't send me any link to access the Conference. So I called them, and they referred me to someone else who is on voicemail, and still no luck. And I mainly wanted to listen to the speaker from Ripple.

Does anyone have any clue as to how to access this conference. My Live Streaming ticket from the Bandwidth Barn is clearly a dud.
