Hi everyone 
I know someone with an issue and need to block certain apps and internet on their phone. So the phone currently in use is an LG L5 II and there is also an iPod Touch involved... If the phone needs to be rooted and the iPod jailbroken, its not an issue, I've done it quite a few times.
So option 1 would be:
Find a way of blocking apps and installation of apps on the phone and iPod without any mods
Option 2:
As above but via rooting and jailbreaking
Option 3:
Replace the phone and iPod with another phone that can be more securely controlled... From personal experience, I find the iPhone to be easily controllable than an android. In this case, we are happy to replace the phone - costs in this case is not an issue (We'll sell both the iPod and the phone with whatever it may be and are happy to add extra money to it)
