Blocking internatioanl numbers

Greetings,
I was wondering if it was possible to restrict windows from dialing international numbers, or restricting the dialer to a specific number range?

under dialing options it asks for a code, i just put in 99999999 for a code to dial out, so telkom cuts it for being an invalid code

hmmm, thats actually an idea, but how would i specify for all non-local numbers?

Wont be suprized if telkom was charging you for those calls...

rofl, cute, but that doesn't help me. I checked in the m$ dialer there's a thing for international numbers, but how does it determine if a number is international?

I just realized a problem with using that method, i'm trying to block those international dialers from being able to work... How would i hardline this sort of thing into windows?
