blocking international calls

is there a way to block international calls (not sms's) coming to my cell phone? I just got a call from a German lady wanting my email address so that she can send me crap :wtf: and NO I did not give out my details on the web!! been there - done that - got the T shirt!!

As far as I know, it can't be done (on MTN's network anyway, not sure about the rest). You can block local incoming, local outgoing, international incoming (but only if you are roaming - i.e. to avoid the costs if you are in Germany and your mom tries to phone you), international outgoing. But that's it - nothing about blocking international incoming if you are in your home PLMN.
