How do i know or how can i check if my ISP blocking me from stream. Can they do its - I am on Octotel and mt ISP is Home-Connect. For the last 2 weeks im trying to stream some web sites but without success. Any advise ??

Which router are you using? Sounds more like an MTU thing.

@PBCool i am not sure but will look into that. Thx. I am not a tech savvy my apologize for "stupid" questions but your help will be appreciate. MTU ?:X3: And you say it could be the router which was included in the package. If indeed the router, anything i can do besides buying a new one?

Well which router is it? Make and Model?

Its a Tenda, AC1200 Smart Dual-Band wifi router. Hopes this helps to help me lol
Download a free VPN like opera browser (web browser) and see if you can stream via it, if you can stream using a VPN, your ISP is blocking you. If you can't stream via VPN you have an issue you need to figure out.

How are you streaming? What are you trying to stream that's not working?
Using a Samsung smart TV or a MyGica media box...stream only movies from online movie sites. On my media box i use Kodi - excelsior

You can use ping with the "-f flag (Set Don't Fragment flag in packet)" to determine the correct MTU.
See: How to find the proper MTU size for my network?

AFAIK, these MTU things auto-magically work themselves out.
