Blocking P2P

Hi All,
Just wanted to check if there are any ways getting around hotshots that block P2P. I recently changed over to Telkom mobile to make use of there 10 gig wifi usage every month only to find they have limited/blocked all P2P so max speeds are 10kbps. In fact I experience the same speeds when connecting to all hotshots eg malls.

Thanks, maybe I should have mentioned I'm not in IT. Not really aware of the jargon either so maybe an explanation please. Also not I use my android phn so will VPN work and how?
 
switch to newhosts/nntp with SSL encryptions
 
I've tried droidvpn and it works however they only allow you to download a 100mb per day on their trial account.

Can you guys recommend any other free VPN based apps that can be used to download torrents via your phone.

Yeah that sucks. What does the full version cost btw maybe that could work for me. What was your download speeds?.

Just found a full cracked version on my favourite torrent site:)
Got speeds up to 400kbps I'm happy
 
That's exactly the 1 I'm using :D
Easy to setup everything is automated super easy
