You can block it using pi-hole if you have the addresses.
There are also safe browsing DNS you can set up in your router.

I'm uncertain if this is possible on the Rain router, but on certain routers, you can modify the DNS settings to use the safe browsing DNS.

I block porn on my network. Some time ago I had a guy stay over who walked up to me, and asked why I block porn sites. Cringe.
In my view, people can watch as much porn as they want. On my network, use a VPN or something.
Anyhow, not speaking to the Rain routers, and how it is used, but it is easy to block porn nowadays with PiHole/Adguard. Even Mikrotik now have DNS adlists.

Without some kind of managed web filter you could just have a look a trustworthy dns sources. Point your router dns there and hope it’s not a malicious dns server to begin with.
I know none of these but some people here might know of some that has the ability to block unwanted categories.
